PR: 14 Nationalities For A Record Number Of Drivers In The RallyX Championship

After breaking attendance records in the first two weeks of January, the RallyX Championship presented by Nova Motorsport has confirmed this trend with a total of 115 drivers for the 125 places available for the 2024 season.

For its tenth anniversary, the RallyX championship continues to gain momentum. With the final registration period closing on 15 April, no less than 14 nationalities have already entered.

In this Olympic year, the 2024 campaign will be a veritable concert of nations. In addition to Sweden with 34 representatives, Norway (22 drivers), Finland (19 drivers) and Denmark (17 drivers) will also be trying to reach the top step of the podium.

But the growing strength of the RallyX championship will also be demonstrated by Estonia (seven representatives), Belgium and the Netherlands (four each), France, Great Britain and Latvia (two each).

The United States of America, Germany, Lithuania and Poland will also join this prestigious list.

“The line-up for the 2024 season is nothing short of exceptional,” says a delighted Andreas Eriksson.

“We’ve never had so many drivers enter the competition and it’s a reward for all the work we’ve done over the last ten years. Bringing 14 nations together in our championship is a real achievement, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see that number increase in the coming weeks.”

“The CrossCar categories are already fully booked. That’s a good thing, because it’s through the junior and senior championships that we’re working to build the stars of tomorrow in rallycross. There are still a few places available in Open 4WD, Supercar Lites and Open 2WD. With the tracks we have selected and the forthcoming announcements we will be making in the next few days, I have no doubt that this season will be a great success”
